Exhaustion

by Cuddles   Sep 18, 2006

My head is pounding.
My body is weak.
It hurts to move.
It's hard to sleep.

I don't want to breathe,
can barely hold open my eyes.
I'm too exhausted to think.
This is surely my demise.

I wish to sink into oblivion,
to forget one and all,
but I can't give up on life
so I just let my tears fall.

I do believe that when one crys, it helps us push through just a little, maybe a lot...Its ok to cry about whatever hard time you go through. I'm glad you realize that by the end of this poem! I loved it...short, simple, (Bill took my other word) and very direct!
    Wonderfully done as usual Cudds!
