Suicide for two

I thought he was sleeping silently in his bed
but i took a look closer
there he was_ lying there dead
i thought it was all a dream
but i then touched his cold and pale skin
knees buckled, and i screamed

oh no! what has he done?
i cant loose him!!
hes such an amazing lover, brother, and son.
was he really so sad that i could not see?
why would he have done this?
is this all because of me?

yes, we fought more often these days
but we could have fixed it
i still had so many things to say!

under his bloody arm laid
a small note to me that i read
it started out by saying this problem,
i caused and him i could have saved.

i slowly made my way to the phone
screaming so loud to the cops
you couldnt understand my words, from the high pitch tone.
i reported two suicides
1 for him and 1 for me
i grabbed the gun..pulled the trigger and said goodbye....
