Neutrals

by Chris Rodriguez   Sep 28, 2006

We are a community of neutrals
Nothing lost nothing gained
For us a secret is easy to obtain
Though you may want to look
The unspeakable commodity might be stained
Invisible blood is what's framed

Typical tragedy is treated as such
Shrugged off it's nothing much
Disguise the kids at Tienanmen square
Do the people at school even know who they were?
China is Japan Brazil is in the Bahamas
Say hello to our future leaders

He shot a man when he was ten
Learned to shoot when he was five
What an adrenaline drive
A kid living in the city of god
Death to him wasn't odd
Of course life was all just pretend

Some people might call it insane
Our proud community is totally inane
Welcome to the other side
Only the cowards survive
This is the place where god died
This place called earth

I have to agree with Diana, Chris. A very profound write!

And she's right about CC&P. I know because I'm in that group. It's pretty great.
