At Birth

A Butterfly lands on my shoulder
Whispering a miracle,
For a moment time stood still

Then
I hear its heart beating...
And
I hear my heart beating...
Ah finally!
I hear a new heart beating...

An Angel lands on my shoulder
A miracle unfolding,
At this moment heavens stood still

    The words are beautiful, and so is the concept. But it's a bit rocky. I loved it though once I read it over and was able to interpret the meaning. You have written a lovely poem. ( as usual lol) Keep up the wonderful work 5/5
