My Silver Dragon

by Jemma   Oct 15, 2006

A silver dragon
So bold, so brave
Yet is forced to hide
Come out and play my friend
For you dwell too long in the dark
When you're misty eyes may yet sine
Brighter than the sun
And we may join our hands
And together we can run
Through the deep valleys of these blessed lands
If you could only come out
To see the fine day
So that you may have something to keep in your heart
Something to defend
Something worth fighting for
And though in chains and backed against a wall
Your eyes show red fury
Outside you are but a white angel
And so please come and join us
For I miss you my silver dragon
