Story of Her Life

by ~!~ Amanda Kay ~!~   Oct 17, 2006

Scars and stories are hidden deep within her eyes.
There is a stillness about her that remains all the time.
She is in a state of dreamless fantasy.
Glazed over her eyes is a layer of happiness put there for a purpose.
The happiness is what everyone sees of her.
She is truly full of anger and rage that is trapped
On the inside of all of her external beauty.
No one knows how she hurts inside,
No one can feel what she feels.
Her true friends can see that she hurts
And understand how she feels.
But never can there be any words that will explain her pain.
Shot through the heart, mended back to reality
I can see the darkness of her heart
When I look into her eyes. They tell a story.
A story of hurting life. There is only one way to mend it.
Leave and never come back again.
