Miss Understood.

Still, behind the mascara,
and eyeliner on her face.
She still is hurt, beaten,
and she's all out of place.

Behind the blue eye
shadow, lies a girl.
A girl of wanting care,
and to know the world.

Behind the golden base,
that's spread on her skin.
It's a rough touch,
and she keeps the pain in.

Behind that fake smile,
is a cry ready to break out.
She tries to hold it in,
but she's willing to shout.

Miss understood, lies
on her soft wooden bed.
She lost this fight,
but she'll fight again.

    This is so sad!! i love the first stanza, it's perfect! but i still like the rest of it... i like how you rhymed it and it flowed pretty well... great job!
