~*~ A Name Is A Title, Life Is A Book ~*~
~*~ Only You Can Write The Pages ~ *~
~* Only God Can Choose When It Ends *~

Living each day as it were my last
Understanding life's little turns
Always believing in truth and honesty
Needing only to be accepted, as I am
Nestled happily in the arms of love
Even beneath a plain face, there is beauty

Seeing life through opened eyes
Uloid marks, there are many
Learning to carry my cross proudly
Lady tulip, in a rose garden
Illness invades my body, never my soul
Voice of God is who I follow
A path I have chosen to take
Never looking back

    Luanne, wow, first of all I want to point out that the first three lines with that whole design thing you've got there was really priceless and beautiful.

    I really enjoyed reading the strength you have in this poem. You not only seem to know who you are but who you can be soon enough. Some of it just seemed like thoughts put together yet it all describes the person who has seen difficulties and is beating them!

    I think I will try an acrostic myself after reading how everyone elses is and how amazingly written they are...I really enjoyed yours mostly because your just like me so what I was reading I was nodding my head haha!!
