No Title

You see her walking down the street,
tears glistening in her eyes.
But she's nothing more than a whisper in the wind,
another drifting soul with no home.
Just looking for that one to make her whole again,
the one that could brighten even the worst day.
That smile disappeared long ago, when you left, so did it,
along with the girl you used to know,
used to love.

She's been hiding behind a mask,
all her pain hidden so well, for so long.
But if you look deep into her eyes,
you see all she's been holding back.
But she can't hold it back anymore.
She's finally cracked, finally broke down,
that girl you knew so well is gone,
I haven't seen her in awhile.

Who knows when she'll be coming back again.
Now she's just a mess of tears,
all her fears now a reality.
She's just a mess of insecurities,
she's finally been exposed.
No more hiding her tears,
this girl is just a complete mess without you.
Without you there to guide her,
she's lost in this world.
Without you there to tell her it will be okay,
it seems like she'll never be the same again.

But these words probably mean nothing to you.
Just another pathetic cry for help,
but if you are reading this,
and if it's having any effect on you,
please read what I'm about to say,
and keep it in mind..

This girl only ever says "I love you"
when she truly means it.
She doesn't waste those words
on someone who doesn't deserve it,
but every day she whispers
more to herself than anyone,
"I still love him..."

You're still her world, kid,
and se still loves you.
This girl doesn't say that and just take it back.
Once she says it, she will always mean it.

She still loves you more than anything,
and youre just letting her slip away....
