In The Game

by Jenni Marie   Oct 26, 2006

You're cold and untrue
All you do is play a part
You're manipulative and fake
You have a b i t c h e s heart.

You're out just for yourself
You take what you can get
But now I'm here to tell you
That your match has been met.

To people you are puppets
Who you jerk about on strings
You really don't give a s h i t
that for some this pain stings.

You like to play games
To you others don't matter
I wonder how many hearts
you have made collapse and shatter

You have your fun by causing pain
To you people aren't real, this all just a game.

You think you're so clever
because no one can see
See the person that you are
No one but me.

I tried to avoid your games
Didn't want to stoop real low
But you kept pushing and pushing
and you just asked for more.

So congratulations to me
because I'm now involved in this game
And I'm going to take so much pleasure
In causing you so much pain.

I'll make people really see
The true person you are
In these games, you're about to see
I really will go far.

You've started a game
and you don't know the rules
I guarantee you're going to
Look like such a fool.

You think you can keep taking
Taking and taking from me
And I'll just continue to lie down
and let this be.

But that's where you're wrong
I've given you chance after chance
to stop your foolish ways
But you still want to dance this dance.

You want to play games with me?
that's fine as long as you're prepared to see
Just how much
Of a b i t c h I can be.

it would be a lot easier
to smack you against the jaw
But this will be much more fun
And now this is war.
