Forgotten Fairytales

by Jemma   Oct 29, 2006

Forgotten fairytales
Misted by dew
Mysterious stories
Just waiting to find you
The world is open
An adventure at your feet
The words are calling
So many characters to meet
Everything keeps changing
Time moves swiftly on
And the stories vary so much
As the day is long
Pretty pink dresses
A crown upon his head
A good noble hero
To ease the times of dread
Many untrodden pathways
Places yet unseen
Unravelled secrets
Need to find out what they mean
Skipping in the streets
Laughter all around
And when you've done exploring
Then you can homeward bound
