Words can hurt

The poem that follows is the very first i wrote ,I choice to place it in this section because ppl can be cruel thats life and unfortuanatly the society we live in.I only write what I feel or about something that as happened to me ,forgive me if my writing is bad I am aware it's not that good compared to others on here ,here goes......

Words can hurt,
they stick like dirt.
Through school they are used to tease,
you feel them and they make you freeze.

Fatty ,four eyes ,doesn't matter what,
you start to believe the whole lot.
Ignoring them praying they'll go away,
but you know you'll have them all the next day.

Leaving school your so glad to do,
but through life the words that hurt haunt you.
In the back of your mind they seem to stay,
you heard them so many times it'll always be that way.
