Does It Really?

by ALEX   Nov 4, 2006

The song on the radio
claims to know love:
How she feels when he's around,
her problems, he does solve.

The song on the radio
claims to know pain:
How he feels, all by himself,
knowing he'll never see the sun again.

The song on the radio
claims to know trust:
How safe she feels in his strong hug,
though they only called it lust.

The song on the radio
claims to know fear:
How he feels that fateful day,
leaving all he once held dear.

Does it Really?

It wasn't your best but It was pretty well written.

I noticed your rhyming scheme and some of words that were supposed to rhyme don't.. like love and solve. Another pair of words that didn't rhyme were pain and again.

Otherwise I'd say it was fair.

This is a really cool idea, I like it. I think it could benefit from some imagery, though, it doesn't create much of a picture which sometimes gets boring. Otherwise, great job!
