A lonely voice echoing inside my mind
I'm left alone with nothing but time
I'm filled with pain in an attempt to forget
I ask in silence, will he ever regret?

A loving smile slowly fading away
My days are starting to turn gray
How will I ever learn to let go?
There's so many things I still need to know

Your loving touch as it may
Disappeared from my life when you ran away
Promises to myself that I would move on
They're nothing but dreams of a time forgone

    This is actually a very old poem... It's about a boy who I was in love with long before I met my boyfriend, but it stills means a lot to me.
