It's a hard place inside
that just refuses to hide
the place that can't run away
the place that forces you to stay

It's a part of you that doesn't have any fear
that won't accept any tears
the part of you no one can hurt
the part where you find your worth

It's a cold place in you chest
that helps you lay people to rest
the place that won't cry
the place that won't let hope die

It's a bright part in your heart
that stops you from falling apart
the part of you that wants to be free
the part of you no one else can see

It's a place where your safe
that believes you can cheat fate
the place that wants to fly
the place that will never die

    My favorite stanza of the poem I would have to say issss:-

    It's a bright part in your heart
    that stops you from falling apart
    the part of you that wants to be free
    the part of you no one else can see

    Mainly because of the words you had used and the rhyming scheme was perfect and also there holds a lot of meaning in those four lines :) And I absolutely love the poem It's amazing :) I wish you would post more poems up big bro :)))))))))) xxx At he moment I kinda have writters lock..lol...not fun xxxxx

    This is a great poem...(Not sure you remember me but yeah we used to call each other brother and sister) The stanza that is show above was what I though the best stanza in the whole poem!! The poem is great and I hope for you too write more some day eh!!
