Waiting

by Jen   Nov 13, 2006

She sits there waiting,
For him to call,
This is her first time at dating,
What will she make of it all?

She's seen him for two months now,
And feels strongly for him,
Yet theres a feeling she will not allow,
She will not let herself fall for him.

In case he hurts her,
but will this occur,
shes never felt this way before,
will he think that she is a wh**e.

She sits there waiting for him to call,
to arrange another meeting,
at sherringham hall,
or at the mall.

He finally calls,
they meet at the mall,
and then he tells her,
as the smile on her face falls.

"this isn't working"
"we don't see each other enough"
but her feelings are still lurking,
to take this is tough.

She learnt a lesson that day,
that unless you are sure,
don't tell them how you feel
as it will hurt much more.
if they do not feel the same way.
