Angel's Tears...

by Welshy   Nov 19, 2006

I have witnessed what little have seen,
something that most would not even dream.
That sorrowful tear from ice blue eyes,
streaming down that porcelain disguise.
That Gothic Angel lay by my side,
and held me close as she cried
As tears from her eyes began to flow,
She held me tight and whispered slow;

"To disappear or fly away,
is all i want this very day,
but to be this close to you,
and to love the way we do,
heals the pain and hurt i feel,
all the pain these tears conceal."

I held her, that night, close to me,
and wiped her tears across my sleeve,
tears of pain and hurt and lies,
streaming from that angels eyes,
tears so sacred that have been blessed,
leaving their stain upon my chest,
when those tears ceased to fall,
i heard her whimper then i heard her call;

"So to YOU i want to make this vow,
that no other may hurt me now,
and from this day you have my heart,
and never shall we be apart."

I have witnessed what little have seen,
something that most won't even dream.
Tears of shadows yet so unique,
streaming down an angels cheek.
