Coal Shaped-Heart

You don't know what its like
You can't feel the way I do
You don't know what it feels
To feed the voice inside of me

We all live our lives surrounded by fear
A forgotten star whispers in your ear
We live the lives of the slaves before
The people that cared don't care anymore
Why do we live when it easier to die
To let all you feelings open your eye

Leave the fire let it burn
Leave the ashes in their urn
You look inside as you learn
Stand in line wait your turn

From the lake of fire
To the deep blue sky
Another heart for hire
Watch happiness cry

Yes I've cut myself
Yes I think its wrong
You haven't lived in my head
All these years too long

So now you think I'm pathetic
You can't feel the way I do
Waking up an seeing yourself
Wondering which one was you

So I can safely say
One last letter for the reading
One last cut and then the bleeding
One last time to say these things to you
Once more I'm a liar
Burnt inside the fire
I wish you could let me live, I do

One more last goodbye
Watch the infant sigh
Leave me alone its time that I was gone
Left to please the buyer
One more heart for hire
One last time there's nothing I could've done

One more time to fight
One last kiss goodnight
One more time that I've saddened you
Leaving this life so dire
One more breath expire
One more time to whisper this to you

I love you

I hope I made you happy
