Best friend, in strife over a man
shes ready to throw in the flag
shes done all she can
her short life feels like a drag

she loves him with all she has to give
but she knows hes not the one
you only get one life to live
if she spent it with him, she`d want it to be done

theres other fish in the sea
but she isnt ready to leave
can she go to the big ocean w/out this man
leave him in the past, while her toes are in the sand?
