My fear

by Bittersweet Sundown   Nov 29, 2006

I'm tired of being here,
Stuck with this fear.
Rain pounding against the window,
Watching as my tears start to flow.

Close my eyes,
I hear her cries.
She needs someone,
To take her gun.

The sky turns dark,
I saw a spark.
Lightening hits the ground,
With a loud sound.

She lays there dead,
The lightening struck her head.
Suddenly I'm awake,
My body starts to shake.

This dream seemed so real,
No way I can heal.
This is my fear,
And why I wish I wasn't here...
