Carry this with you always

by Poetically Speaking   Nov 30, 2006

"Carry this with you always"

With a conversation,
you know what you did to me.
You opened my heart, love,
and set it free.

Ages it was kept secret;
locked away in a chest.
And then you found the key,
buried deep at rest.

And only you know how,
to open my heart,
with those words you speak,
which piece together its parts.

Beating for you,
it jumps when you're near.
If you speak to it,
only can it dry your tears.

No body sees it,
like it sees your eyes.
And now that's it's open,
carry it with you always.

Ages it was kept secret;
locked away in a chest.
And then you found the key,
buried deep at rest.

Now when our two hearts,
together are strong;
we will always know,
that you and I do belong.

    I bet who ever girl this is for would cry over it. I know I would if my boyfriend
    wrote me soemthing like this.
    Keep up the great work.
