Destined fate

by Jen   Dec 13, 2006

She keeps it all hidden,
trying not to let it slip,
her feelings are forbidden,
a secret she has to grip.

It hurts her to do it,
to keep it to herself,
shes not allowed to admit,
that she loves him so.

All the time she wants to say,
how he makes her feel,
each and every day,
to make it seem real.

Her conscience always stops her,
from letting her tell,
it would only cause him,
a lot of living hell.

So she keeps it inside,
burried underneath the skin,
with no one to confide,
it feels like such a sin.

She tries not to think about him,
to help ease the pain,
she knows the chances are slim,
of them being together again.

So the feelings linger below,
passion runs through her veins,
only she can know,
oh how her heart strains.

She knows she has to wait,
she knows nows not the right time,
but if it is their destined fate,
then it wont be such a crime.
