He Promised

by Boogie   Dec 19, 2006

Please someone guide me, show me a way

To re-attach my heart, and sweep all the pain away

For I can no longer stand all this pain

And my eyes are now officially a main source of rain

He promised me that he will forever love me

He promised me that he will never hurt me

He promised me that we will forever be

He promise me that his wife Ill soon be

He assured me that a promise he never broke

But he did, it first began when he again started to smoke

And then continued when he left me alone, in my own tears to soak

What happened to all the promises he promised me?

Why did he make me believe them, if they were to be broken?

Why do all this to me after my heart he has stolen?

He gently stole it out of me with passion and care

And now I feel his hands slowly squeezing it, turning it into a pair

I just need him to set my deprived heart free, to let it go

What else does he want it to go through, why doesnt he just let it go?

It already went through a lot because of him

Its not a toy specially made for him

Is he planning to slowly kill me?

If he is, then let him just kill me

For Im already dead deep inside

I feel like Im in hell, yet Im still alive

Please someone release me from this miserable life

And just hand me a knife
