Cardboard Home

Cardboard Home

Hey you, walking away
I have this little doll
It’s made of rags and button eyes
But I lost this button, long ago

Hey You, Walking away
My stomach is turning
But keep on walking
We will find some food… somehow

Hey you, Walking away
Mommy is coughing
She would go to the doctor
But we don’t have no money

Hey you, Walking away
I have watched mommy die
And now I live here, alone
In this cardboard box I call home

Wow this is so sad, and its just heartbreaking to know that this situation might actually happen to someone out there. People keep on saying about how precious childhood is, but then how come there are still like thousands of homeless people and orphans, we just need to do more to try and stop it.
