A Mysterious Stranger

by Rona   Jan 6, 2007

He wears a mask that covers his face,
Only his eyes can be seen.
Be careful though, they can be quite deceiving,
For his eyes are truly keen.

He can see deep inside your soul.
Your curiosity intrigues him.
The truth about him is what you seek,
But his spirit is truly grim.

He's a puzzle that cannot be deciphered,
A riddle that cannot be understood.
No one knows the dark secret he hides.
Others warn you to stay away for good.

He has slaughtered men
With those hands that you now hold.
Their bloods have spilled like wild fire.
So many answers yet to unfold.

Everything seems unclear and senseless,
Who is this man that haunts your dreams?
This monster that feeds off on your fears,
He only lives for your screams.

Excellent job! The words you used are very discriptive. I enjoyed reading your poem.

This is a scarey dark poem. You do have a way with words. The flow of this one is not as good as your other ones but none the less, you still did a nice job. I will be waiting to read what you come up with next.
