Just go away

by grim   Jan 8, 2007

I'm tired of your calls
And your ill conceited jokes.
You're hurting me all the time.
You're as worst as my folks.

Why the hell should I change?
Why the hell did you even ask?
I thought you loved me already.
So why put pressure on my ass?

Why, what's the matter?
Don't you like the way I breathe?
Is it too noisy for your ears?
Is my disturbed quiet what you need?

Remember that day we unfortunately met?
You said you liked who I was.
But now you have some control
And you use it to erase my flaws.

What's wrong with the way I dress?
Is this pants a little too green?
"Yes honey I'll change right away"
God help me if I disagreed.

What about the way I walk?
Do you want to change that too?
Do you want me to move more diligently?
'Cause I don't know what the hell to do.

You know I said I loved you.
I never tried to change your ways.
So why are you editing my life?
Aren't you happy with the way it's stays?

Please take two steps back.
That is if you possibly can.
Look into my eyes.
Can you remember who I am?

If you continue to try to change me.
I'll make you go away.
Now if you remember you love me
then we can compromise each day.
