My rose of revenge

by kida   Jan 9, 2007

There's a garden bed of dirt, dirt of misery
a million years ago there was once a seed,
now the dirt is bear but there's a mystery
that if anything shall ever grow there you can see it bleed

I'm crouched by the dirt, i plant a little bloom
i sure hope it grows
there's plenty of room
for my beautiful rose

soon there is a stem, a stem of gorgeous green
it's fragile and miniature
the cutest thing I've ever seen,
beauty in it's future

i see a petal wreath
petals of love
surrounding a center of death
the gates above

at night i see the thorn
shining bright red
helplessly draw
a poor girl lies dead

a petal of love,
a thorn of blood
a center of death,
my rose of revenge.....

Thats the stanza that stood out for me, the whole poem was amazing, you had some very deep meanings between the words.
    Well done
