Bulimic Confessions

by Never URs   Jan 10, 2007

She wanted to be like the people,
she saw in magazines.
So what she did was eat and eat,
way beyond normal means.

Then she sticks a toothbrush,
all the way down her throat.
Purging after every meal,
she has with much to cope.

Her ship had finally sailed,
along with the lifeboat.
She couldn't walk up her driveway.
And her friends could see her ribs,
through her twentyone inch tummy.

Her friends all got worried,
but there was nothing they could do.
Because hse had bulimia,
now her life was almost through.

This poem was amazingly written, and it sounds like it has a lot of thought put into it.
