You called me over and over
But I was never home
You thought I hated you
After that day we were “alone”

It was a dark theater
But nothing went on
You just held me tight
And after our lives went on

You asked me where it lead us
And if there was really something
I thought there was
But you think I thought there was nothing

I don’t think we will ever be
And I don’t think we should
Because you blew it last time
And I was the fool, I didn’t think you would
