What Can Hope Do?

Love is addicting,
But also painful,
Love is beautiful,
But also resentful.

Nothing binds us together,
Except a phone call here,
Nothing gives us hope,
Except a email there.

I see us drifting,
But what can we do,
Except stand and watch,
What can i do for you?

I admit it,
I didn't see this in sight,
I didn't see this in vein,
Worse than a vampire's bite.

Harder and harder
Does this pain get,
Worse to worse,
I cannot bare to let.

Letting us down is the worse thing i did,
Letting you down also,
How can i feel without you?
This happened so fast, Time went so slow.

Pain entered my body,
And i don't think it will leave anytime soon,
But i have little hope,
For us to be together, for the night to contain a moon.

But what can hope do?
