Truth Is

Truth Is

Upon this bed I lay
This pillow damp
I had hoped this would stay
So i held onto all I had

The tears trickle down my cheeks
A memory was left
It felt like forever; possibly only weeks
Each day I wish would end

I made up so many lies
Just to hide the truth
For everything in me dies
For I had told them it wasnt you

Upon these sheets lay
A razor and red stains
This helps keep my mind away
From every memory of you; pain

Wow. Wonderful. This was so sad ;[ But really well written. The flow was flawless & the rhymes were great. Nothing seemed forced. I loved this.
