My Perfection

The times when you feel so alone
Like you're always on your own
When you feel your words start to fall
Be my only perfection of all

When birds sing in the air happily
But you're too sad to hear
When spring is in the air and flowers grow
Bring me to life with your hugs and glow

When you love someone from your heart
But it isn't enough to be loved
When all you can see your love is dreams
Reach me and quiet me with kisses

When the places that you called paradise
Change and turn hell
When people you thought they're nice...
Take me out this marsh I fell

When surprisingly things take your back
Your life seems something
Your future stopped whining
Smile me gently and say I was the lack

    Very touching. I dont neccessarily like the mixed up rhyming scheme. or is this free verse? I don't know, but I did enjoy this poem. I loved how you wrote the last line in each stanza. Very sweet and effective. 5/5
