Him

by fvalconbridge   Mar 13, 2007

Sarcastic b a s t a r d, telling lies,
Black hair and brownish eyes,
He isn't real,
He holds her screams,
Nothing is ever what it seems.

A past fray is haunting her,
Making her insecure,
Damien,
Her imaginary friend
I can't predict how this will end.

He may seem evil,
Daunting and deceitful,
If he isn't real,
How did we share that kiss?
This feeling won't go amiss.

Fred, Nikki, Alex too,
He represents quite a few,
She hates him though
He helps her out
Her mind is covered in doubt.

He's just as gentle as he is rough,
He makes her mind strong enough,
But now he loves me
Remember please
Nothing is ever what it seems.

Selfish t w A t, you're complete s h i t,
What an insult. Is that it?
I'll never leave her,
No matter what you say,
My feelings won't go away.

He isn't real,
So why does it seem?
Am I trapped in a dream?
I can't love, you aren't there,
I'm blissfully unaware.
I count down to that dreaded six,
And I'm waiting for this fix,
You have to go now,
And he whispers to me.
Nothing is ever what it seems,
The times now near
And I listen to
Bye bye Amanda... in my ear.
