When It's You and I

They tell me to leave your side
People tell me to part
I will be there for you
In you, and in my heart

I don't care of what they think
I don't care of what they say
They can tell me what they want
But beside you; I'm here to stay

To hang onto this moment
Close your eyes and breathe
A touch so delicate
For them I shall not leave

Only I have been there
They will never know
How sweet it is to be
And why I cannot go

I reassure you this
The world around us has no meaning
When I'm laying in your arms
Reality is much better than dreaming
