I've been better

My bones have weakened to jello
over a man who refuses
to adore me
yet I feel poetically inclined
to write of his chimerical affection
until my heart has nothing
left to say,
collapses,
heals herself (although time gets all the credit),
or falls in another unhealthy denial
with someone more deserving
of such foolishness

well, hopefully...

    I love the feeling of being jello-y....

    Yes, we do heal with time, but why should time get the credit when we are the ones doing the healing??? I'll never understand that one, lol....
