I fall

Lost in my own roller coaster of emotion
Another tear of mine lots to the ocean
I can't help but end up broken
All because of simple words spoken

I just wanted you to understand
This isn't what I planned
But I can't handle all the pain
And to be honest I don't want to explain

Tired of trying to get your approval
When you're just never pleased
Sick of your false pretenses
When nothing with you happens with ease

Holding back with all I have
As you begging to hit me with the next jab
Can't take this shattered jaw
And to the ground I fall

    The fact that this rhymed all the way through up until the last line threw me off.
    Apart from that however, I really enjoyed this.
    The imagery creates vivid pictures, the flow is good throughout and the depth and emotion scream through the words.
