Every Word's for You

by David Marshall   Mar 20, 2007

I would die one thousand times,
Just to make things right.
I would Commit one thousand crimes,
Just to erase one fight.

I speak of nothing but passion.
I speak with my heart; Pure of words.
Save me from myself; I'm slowly crashing.
They say you have to end what you start; Please tell me thats not what you heard.

Don't let me walk away.
Don't let yourself regret me.
It's your choice whether I leave or stay.
Whats on your mind? your always a mystery.

I could say everything to you.
I could tell you the words that describe how I feel.
But you wouldn't believe it was true.
You wouldn't comprehend that these words were real.

I could show you how much I care.
I could make a chart of where my love stands.
But you wouldn't understand; You would just stare.
You wouldn't believe that chart was made with my hands.

I could write a poem with one thousand words.
Describing everything; You have no clue.
You have no idea; This hiding hurts.
I have a thousand words; And every word's for you.
