Final Scars

by Lithium   Apr 2, 2007

This silence cannot be broken,
For our screams are to loud,
You walk around so tall,
Like what you do is proud,

You sleep with horrid faces,
Pretending to be something,
With smiles and fake laughter,
Your cries a fatal fling,

As if innocence would come,
To a brutal saint,
The truth is absent to you,
Eternal glory a sorry made mistake,

A mirror will guide you through,
To see the person that lies inside,
A girl who was once your angel at night,
Now lost and never to find,

From the sweet beginning,
To the bitter end,
I should have known,
You were an unloved friend,

My hands lay untouched,
From your silver blade,
As now my scars,
Begin to fade.

[Not my best work, I started writing random stuff but somehow it turned out like this lol]
