Mary Jane

by Cherise   Apr 3, 2007

Mary Jane, you kill my pain
Though after,when you go away
Everything seems the same
You freeze, you numb me
You make me real,
You make me question
everything I feel.

Mary Jane, You make my throat burn
make me feel sky high
on every winding turn,
You make me, You break me
You make me wonder
If a suggestion or thought
is really just a ponder.

Mary Jane, You make me feel the same
when I was care free
when I had no one to blame
You make me joyful, you make me forget
All my trials, my sorrow
and all my regret.

Mary Jane, Oh Mary Jane
You free me,
You kill my pain

I liked it, it's very you (and trevor:P). I liked the steady rhyme and simplisity of the vocabulary. I also liked the short lines which really could to the point without a lot more into it. The extended metaphor was very well done. Good job.

    DRUGS ARE BAD!:)
