Inside my head
The demons dwell
Locked away
For none to slay

Open wide
My heart to thee
I wish I could
Be understood

Deep within
I wish I said
Help me please
I'm giving in

Still I sit
I can't admit
I need your words
To fill my hurts

Quiet the voice
It laughs at me
So far beneath
I could never reach

Everyday you look at me
And see if I'm OK
I look away and lie to you
For fear that you'll just laugh

Controlled by fear
Ignoring the dear
Why cant I
Just disappear

Forget to care
Save your glare
I'll never be able to share
