Amazing Love.

by Teria   Apr 11, 2007

Amazing love.

Watching their lives pass them by,
with smiles upon their tired faces.
Tears softly roll off my cheeks
and the mirror reflects shadowed traces.

My fears have overcame
my unbreakable heart.
As memories cause me
to stubbornly fall apart.

Shapes from the flickering light
cast beside my bed upon the wall.
As frown becomes a smile,
when I receive our last call.

My life has not been lived,
My heart has not been used.
My soul has not been happy,
And, my mind roughly abused.

My tears are never ending,
My bones unbreakable.
My life as solid as the next,
as amazing love becomes incapable.

This is all right, not your best. I liked the point, but the poem just completely lagged emotion. =/ Sorry. The rhymes were cliche, the topic was cliche...just eh. Sorry.
