Why can't no one hear me?

Not sure of what I'm thinking
My heads so far up in the clouds
Dreaming of you being there
holding my fragile heart
I cant breath-and it gets harder
Every second we are a p a r t
People ask me what its like
to touch your tender hands
Or what its like to have your heart
No one understands
And as you slip away
Pieces slowly start to break [<3]
And me all happy; smiling
being nothing but a fake
Tears: i hold them back
the smiles stuck on my face
So honestly no one truly knows
my heart is in this place
Fading away into nothing
Hiding in the crowd
So why cant no one hear me
When I'm screaming Oh so Loud?
