Uncovered Thoughts

Uncovered Thoughts

Thoughts are such sacred thing
So hidden within the dark
Hidden in a mind with wings
And covered in such ancient art

No one has to know the truth
No one may understand
Thousands of thoughts unexpressed
Words that don’t walk hand in hand

Buried hurts and buried lies
Creating chains around all the stars
Deep secrets with the will to fly
Masked feelings and masked scars

Never to be placed upon a tongue
Nor heard by a single ear
Thoughts build up for so long
Millions hidden after every year

Every passing moment
Every single minute
Bring such delightful torment
And the only real infinite

Thoughts just love to be spoken
And spoke with such grace
Yet we cannot be awoken
Or cannot find the place

To fit such thoughts
Of such unknowns
Flowers to rot
Before they have grown

"Thoughts are such sacred thing" it should say thoughts are such a sacred thing, or thoughts, such a secret thing. Very interesting poem.. I think that the last line summed up the entire thing perfectly. Such a creative idea nice work.
