The Days

by icarus   Apr 16, 2007

The days stride by single file, oblivious to nearly all
indifferent to the bitter disappointments
detached from the iridescent endeavors
pleas for aid go unanswered by the platoon of time
as well as hopes for admiration
unwavering they continue their pretentious march

Different from my usual style. Not sure how I feel about it yet.

I like it, it's complex and different which makes it more interesting, if a little hard to understand at first. And it's truthful, nice one!
