And so it begins

by Christopher Lee   Apr 25, 2007

Outside the green world stands,
a shining example of someone else's creation.
Inside my head lives the world of my work
a sticky black tar of darkness and dispair.

The more i try to see things differently,
try to live in a world of light.
The more the darkness closes in,
making the failure that much clearer.

Creations of love and delusions of grandure.
Denying my own true nature.
Hoping against hope that i am something else,
other than what i am.

Born of darkness and living in despair,
who gave the world the right.
Why allow a demon to born,
just to watch it burn in the daylight.

Welcome the light into my heart,
and die by it's hand of so called kindness.
Embrace the fires of hell,
live in love of cruelty.
