Pain hidden in her heart
So no-one would see
A lonely, depressed girl
pretending to be happy

No-one would every see
The many tears she cries
Night after night
Brought by so many lies

Cheated on by him
The love of her life
Becoming best friends
With the pain of a knife

Blood, pain, and tears
She's falling apart
She lost his love
And she lost her heart

    Nice short poem. 4/5 there is a couple of misspellings but everything else is great. I personally love sad poems, especially those which are both able to be related to and able to hold attention, yours had both qualities. well done
