Disturbed

by Synh   May 12, 2007

I can feel my core degrading,
From all my hate and the sinning,
Sleep through the lonely nights,
Hidden from the lights,
Writing myself some exquisite letters,
Stop trying to make me better.
I know how to cut my veins to pieces.

Heart carved from coal,
Digging a deeper hole,
Can you find my soul?
It's lost deep inside.

Living with a dying heart,
Tearing my wrists apart,
Blood is beautiful art,
When it's splashed on the wall.

Can you start from the beginning?
Why am I still among the living?
Just to be tortured by
A world full of lies
The hurt is what keeps me crying
Let me know when I'm done dying
I feel so cold inside.

What are you still here for?
I don't want you anymore
I'm finally at death's door
I'm ready to go through

My soul seeps through my veins,
No more living in pain,
Death tastes sweeter than rain,
I'm no longer disturbed.

Interesting, but again I didn't like it.
I didn't feel the emotion in it and I didn't feel you telling me a story.
Sorry, I just didn't enjoy it as I did "Save The World." Now ThAT was a poem.

This is so heartbreaking to read, and yet so beautifully written at the same time.
I love the imagery you created in this, it created very vivid pictures on my mind.
Flow was flawless throughout the entire piece and word choice was a pleasure to read, as was the whole poem.
