The Moonlight's Eyes

by katee   Jun 14, 2007

As the pale moonlight licks up the bare skin
To look through the eyes of an experienced one
The world was not of what it seemed or felt
But truly as it is through and secured past the illusion

The easy way outs were naught neither seen nor found
Avoiding to their purpose to the innocence’s safety
The longer hardship of a new path opens up to your troubled mind
Not for its self but of the ignorant and of the mind

If the pale moon light were to vanish through the times
The darkness would engulf with raving rage
To destroy the knowing and the caring souls
To control the minds of the lost and confused to most

But to over the morn of that almost lost hope
The glory of the grazing sun shall bask all who stay the strong
To free sinners of their sins as a savior frees the cage
And through those eyes you will find yourself once again
