If I look down on myself;
Chances are you don't care
so from this point,
I cease to share.

If I don't feel like I'm good enough,
Chances are I'm not,
So what I'll have to do,
Is change myself a lot.

If I think you do not like me,
Chances are you don't,
So will I keep obsessing?
Now I know I wont.

If I'm scared to try something,
Chances are, I should,
because if I didn't, I'd regret
Not saying that I could.

If I let jealously interfere,
Chances are I look weak,
so if I need to change that bad,
I guess there's more to seek.

So if I'm not happy with who I am,
Chances are I'll never be,
Unless I change who I am,
and truly become me.
