For My Angel (Cindy)

Within these pages of poetry
There's a angel roaming
You must have seen her around
Or may have heard her calling

She has a heart of gold
Which she loves to share
Just hide beneath her wings
And forever she will be there

Life hasn't treated her like princess
But then life is not meant to be a fair game
Time did showed her meaning of love
But its been years since things have been same

With nothing left to lose anymore
She gives without any expectation
When you are in middle of darkness
She is there in the name of salvation

Everyday is a fight which she fights within
But never will she let you see her scar
She can touch your heart with her words
Even if you read from million miles afar

She has deep eyes to drown you forever
Grace on her face could make you warm
True masterpiece of Venus is what she is
Even a flower couldn't resist her charm

I wish i could be there in her hour of need
There are times when she feels so alone
I wish i could embrace her pain and run away
Before she wakes up all her nightmares are gone
